Three time WSOP bracelet winner John Bonetti died of cancer in his hometown of Houston, Texas this Saturday.
Bonetti who had an impressive 20 WSOP final table appearances was a latecomer to the game of poker. He took up the game at the age of 57 and was a fierce competitor at the tables. He was often disliked by other players because of his no-nonsense attitude but his game was greatly admired by some of the biggest names in tournament poker.
