Terms of Service
Below you will find publishing guidelines for authors and terms of use for publishers who wish to use content from PokerFilter on their websites.
Authors who violate these terms may have their submissions removed and no refund will be issued.
Author Guidelines
By submitting an article to PokerFilter you attest that the article is a unique (it does not and will not in the future appear anywhere else on the internet), written by you (or someone under your hire), and that you own 100% of all copyrights pertaining to it.
You give PokerFilter the exclusive right to publish your submission on its website and in our RSS feed. You furthermore allow for your submission to be republished on other websites per our usage guidelines for publishers (see below).
It is not the job, duty, or obligation to protect your copyright. If someone uses your content in a way that violates the terms of use it is your responsibility to protect your copyright.
Your submission should be informative, human written, and not a press release, sales copy, or any other overly self-promotional content.
You give us permission to make changes to the categories and tags you have selected if we feel that you have selected an inappropriate or misclassified. You also give us permission to make editorial changes to your content if we deem it necessary.
You acknowledge that PokerFilter is partially advertising supported and we may run advertising on the page that your article appears.
You agree that you will not include any affiliate links in your articles. For instance, it is okay to link back to your own blog or website where you make an affiliate offer but you cannot link directly to a poker, gambling, or other affiliate site via an affiliate link.
You may include a maximum of two links in each article.
Links may not be spammy in nature. For instance, linking using the anchor text “poker bonuses” to a site that does not specifically have information on poker bonuses is not allowed. However, it would be perfectly acceptable to use that same anchor text if the link went to a page that had information about poker bonuses.
We reserve the right to reject any article that does not conform to our editorial guidelines.
Publisher Guidelines
If you wish to publish any content from PokerFilter you must agree to the following terms:
1. You must respect the copyright ownership of the author.
2. You must agree to republish the entire article and title in full, including the author bio (if included in the article) and all links (with no alterations to destination or anchor text).
3. You also agree not to make any changes to any of the original text. You specifically acknowledge that you DO NOT have the right to make derivative works from any content obtained from PokerFilter.
4. You agree to include the following snippet (with the link active):

6. You may not add links in any content you have obtained from PokerFilter.
7. You may not charge any fees for access to any content you have used from PokerFilter
